Blue Alchemy IV Hydration & Wellness is a medically guided wellness clinic in Evans, GA, serving Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, and the greater Augusta and CSRA area. Founded by Melissa Blue, RN, after nearly 30 years of nursing experience, our clinic exists to help people invest in their health before a crisis forces them to.
What You’ll Do
Front Office & Client Experience
- Welcome and check in clients professionally and warmly
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
- Guide clients through consent forms and intake processes
- Maintain a calm, organized, luxury-style front office environment
- Educate clients on memberships, services, and promotions when appropriate
Clinical & Administrative Support
- Obtain and document vital signs accurately
- Communicate abnormal or concerning findings to the RN immediately
- Prepare treatment rooms and supplies for IV therapy services
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection control standards
- Complete accurate documentation and data entry
- Support client retention, payments, and scheduling coordination
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Healthcare, wellness, hospitality, med spa, or concierge-style experience preferred
- Sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Interest in wellness and preventative health preferred
