Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Blue Alchemy, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. To ensure availability for all clients and to account for provider time and specialty ordering, we require deposits and advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book all IV treatments.
- Deposits are applied toward your service at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Requirements
Standard IV Treatments
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by noon on Friday.
Specialty & Custom-Ordered Treatments
Due to advance preparation and ordering, the following services require extended notice. 48 hours’ notice required:
- O-Zone Therapy
- Glutathione Infusions
- NAD+ Therapy
72 hours’ notice required:
- High-Dose Vitamin C
- Special-Order Supplements
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Failure to cancel within the required notice window may result in the following charges:
- IV & O-Zone Appointments:
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $75 cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit, whichever is greater. - High-Dose Vitamin C & Special-Order Supplements:
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the full deposit. - Injection Appointments (e.g., B12, Vitamin D):
Late cancellations or no-shows will require full payment of the service amount.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Cancellations or appointment changes must be made through our booking system or by contacting our office and speaking directly with a staff member within the required timeframe.
Voicemail is not an acceptable form of cancellation.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and appreciate your courtesy in providing advance notice. This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and continue offering high-quality care to all clients.
